Michelle, Excellent service as always from the lads this morning, they are so mannerly and obliging.
I wanted to write to you and let you know that our experience with Colin Fox at William Tracey & Sons was very positive.
Every person we dealt in the process was professional, courteous and helpful. In particular Colin when met with unforeseeable obstacles and weather soldiered on to help us achieve our goal. Our items were delivered in good condition and Colin kept us informed that a couple of glass sections where previously broken. The crew took the initiative under the supervision of Colin and I was very impressed when they put the units precisely in the locations we required on the day and chalked up to an unavoidable mishap inherent in moving. You are helpful in all stages along the way and we can't thank you enough for making this overall experience as stress-free as possible.
My sincere thanks to you and Colin for all your help with our move - It is much appreciated. You might also convey my thanks to your team of movers who did a great job for us this week, they are a very obliging hard-working group.
To Whom it May Concern,
I am writing to you about two of your amazing members of staff. Today at approximately 5.20pm my trye blew coming off the M50 at the Dundrum exit. I pulled over in an absolute panic and two gentlemen pulled into help me. Without hesitation they changed my tyre. It's not often people help strangers and I just thought you should know how incredible your staff are to help someone like that when they didn't have to. Especially after a long days work. You should be very proud to have these gentlemen work for your company and I can not thank them enough. I hope these two men know how incrdibly grateful I am and if I ever know anyone in need of your services I would happily recommend your company just because of them. Please pass on my sincerest thanks again.
Michelle, Just wanted to let you know the lads were brillant today as usual. They all went above and beyond to help us out.
Colin/Michelle can I just say a hugh thank you to you both and all of the lads that came in this weekend to do the moves for us. You really area pleasure to work with and make a move seem seamless. Nothing we threw at you guys phased you and for that I really do want to say thanks. I'm sure we will work together again and I for one will be recommending you to EVERYONE.

David Corrigan, Marist Fathers
Please pass on my compliments to the delivery company regarding the two lads who delivered the health station this morning. I have so many people each week delivering to me and it's mostly done in a rush with a grunt .... most them scarcely make eye contact with you. The two lads were beyond professional - it's a big awkward lump and they handled it like absolute pros and got it into the building with no issues. But really, they were just so very friendly, calm and helpful and were so patient in showing me how to use the machine and giving me tips - they were very thorough about their work and you just hardly see that anymore. They genuinely put a smile on my face on a cold Tuesday morning. They are a tremendous asset to their company.
Ciara - Allergan Inc, Dublin 2

I have been meaning to write this email for the last few weeks but with one thing and another I never got around to it, I just wanted to say that we at BPFI were extremly pleased with the work that William Tracey & Sons provided for us from the beginning of our move up until the finish. The professionalism the guys gave was outstanding with Colin advising me what we would require for the move down to Narcis and team of guys. This is the third move I have worked on with William Tracey & Sons and would have no hesitation in recommending them for furture business.

Dave Ryan, GTS Operations Team Leader,
I was delighted with the work done today. It such a pleasure and it makes my job so easy when I work with your team, they had a great eye for the best layout of the room. I had measured and sketched up but isn't until you see the items in situ that you can see what it is like. I really can't compliment them highly enough for their work.
I just wanted to say how great Treacy's were today and always with the moving of boxes etc., they are a great bunch of lads and will do exactly what is needed to be done in a timely and professional manor, which is such a pleasure when working from a time scale and the need for having reliable happy to help staff.
